Tenant is responsible for any pet-related damages. - No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the residence. - Property shall be occupied only by approved tenants. Subleasing or short-term rentals are prohibited. - Tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition, replace HVAC filters as recommended, and promptly report any maintenance issues to the property manager.
