Preferred tenants are responsible and mature (students welcome) and will treat the apartment as their home.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants who meet the following will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis: (1) income, or guarantor income, of 3x monthly rent; (2) positive references and rental history; (3) passing a credit check (or guarantor), with a minimum 620 credit score. If you do not meet these criteria, we may still be able to accept your tenancy with additional assurances.

We welcome both in-person and remote applications to accommodate incoming students or those relocating to Seattle.
