Primary Suite: Cal King bed, 43" Smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with large shower (no tub)
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, a small writing desk that works great as a workspace for your laptop.
2nd Bathroom: Nice sized shower (no tub) Both bathrooms are fitted with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of fluffy towels.
The overall apartment is bright and airy with gorgeous luxury vinyl plank floors throughout. The living room is furnished with two comfy custom love seats, a cozy electric fireplace, a 65" Samsung Smart TV and a sweet bistro table with two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. A 9' wide multi-panel sliding door off of the living room offers the best in indoor/outdoor living as a gateway to a large private patio with dining table and gas grill.
Your kitchen is fully equipped with 4 comfortable counter stools around the peninsula countertop, gas range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and cookware, dishes, glasses and basic spices.
All utilities are included: Electric, gas, water, A/C, and super high speed internet (300 Megabyte).
A washer/dryer is in the garage. Laundry detergent is provided.
Free parking is provided for 1 regular sized vehicle in the shared garage. Pick-up trucks and large SUVs may not park in the garage. There is also free street parking.
Bi-weekly housecleaning is included in the monthly rent. $200 move-out cleaning fee is required.
