Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Smoking outdoors is permitted, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. The hot tub is temporarily out of service, and the sauna is also out of service. The pool is not heated. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Garbage is picked up on specific days, and trash should be left out from 7 PM the night before. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and loss of security deposit.
