This house is Vacation furnished rental property with 3 nights minimum rent and longer. Please communicate with us regarding how many days you would like to stay. Rates are seasonal and subject to change. Average day rent (not holidays) is $220 per night. Monthly summer rate is $3500 . Summer season is from May to the end of September. We accept dogs with landlord approval and fees, but no cats. Landlord pays for all utilities. Only one block away from the golf course, the house is surrounded by mature majestic Ponderosa pine trees in a private and quiet setting.
