      The current rental amount indicated is for a 1-year minimum lease term. If a shorter lease term is wanted, for example a 6 month lease term, then that would be subject to a higher rental amount and communicated upon request. A security deposit of first month rent ($1800) is also required upon signing of the rental agreement. If there will be a dog living with you as well, then a non-refundable deposit of $200 will also be required upon move-in. The tenant will pay for in-unit electric/gas, internet, and cable if wanted. All other utilities and trash/sewer are paid for by the owner. Rental insurance is required and must be sent to property manager prior to move-in. No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or inside the home with zero consideration. Street parking is ample and available in front of the home and a 1 car garage is conveniently available through the alley and will then lead into the community shared secured back yard. Snow shoveling is the responsibility of the tenant alone including the sidewalk.
