Wood and slate tile flooring, vaulted ceilings, wood beams. loft and closet (for storage). Kitchen appliances include electric stove, fridge dishwasher, and microwave). Laundry area with washer/dryer. No garage but parking for up to two vehicles (max). Large, covered screened in porch for entertaining. Wood stove and mini-split for heat and cooling. Well & septic (which will require tenants' maintenance to ensure proper functionality). Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on premises. Rent: 1200/mo. Security deposit: $1200. Minimum one year lease. First month, last month and security deposit required for move in. Tenant is responsible for electricity, propane gas, internet/cable services. PET POLICY: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a weight limit of 50 lbs due to wood flooring (if not furnished). (Sorry, no cats allowed.) Non-refundable pet fee of $300 (each) required.
