Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. Moving furniture within the property is discouraged, and an additional fee may be charged if furniture is not returned to its original position. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A maximum of 8 guests are accommodated at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
