Pool and hot tub heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required.

Storey Lake Resort offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations. The community clubhouse features a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Travel times include 23 minutes to MCO Airport and just a few minutes to major roads and local conveniences.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the home. Please refrain from moving the furniture within the property; if minor adjustments are needed, please return the furniture to its original position before checking out, or an additional fee may be charged. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
