The master bedroom has a beautiful bay window, overlooking Walnut St. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout the apartment, with both bathrooms tiled and recently rehabbed. The kitchen has been recently rehabbed, with updated appliances as well as refinished cabinetry. Tenant will be responsible for gas, electric and a $50 flat fee for water.
