Hello! I'm looking for a young woman to take over the lease of this bedroom in my newly renovated condo located off of Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills. You would have two wonderful ladies as roomies. One of them has a cat. The condo is a 3 bed, 2 bath. You would share a bathroom with one roommate, and it also has a tub. The third roommate is in the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom. Location - Green Hills, on Hillsboro Pike. About .5 miles from Trader Joes. Lease - Lease comes available in July with some flexibility on move in date. - 6 month (or longer) leases only - Utilities are approx $165 a month Amenities - The condo has a balcony and a pool that is open during the warm months. The entire condo is furnished with living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. Located in a beautiful, quiet condo complex. Must pass a background check. I'm the owner, my husband and I would be the landlords. There are no reserved parking spaces, so you are free to park in any open spots and there are always plenty.
