This is a private room in a single-family home shared with 7 roommates, each with their own space located throughout the house. Room is extremely spacious with a walk in closet and windows for natural light The home is geared toward a younger crowd (typically 25 and under), and I can personally vouch for the environment I'm a current tenant subleasing my room as I prepare to move out of state, and the people here have genuinely been great to live with. The roommates are active, social, and always open to hanging out, while still being respectful of personal space. Two of the housemates have a total of three cats. They're friendly and adjust quickly usually within a day or two. There's plenty of shared common space, and the house has a natural rhythm. Most people work around 7 5, so mornings and evenings tend to be when everyone is up cooking breakfast around 6 7am and dinner around 6 7pm. Chores are simple and shared: Dishes are primarily handled with the dishwasher, but everyone is responsible for cleaning their own. most laundry is typically done on weekends in the downstairs washer and dryer Bathrooms are cleaned weekly, split between two groups (4 people per bathroom), so you'd only be cleaning about once a month for roughly 20 30 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet overall, though the house is located near a highway. There is some light noise from the front porch, but it's not overwhelming or disruptive. Lastly, this is an inclusive and respectful home. If you hold racist, homophobic, or antisemitic views, this will not be a good fit. The household is diverse and welcoming, and it's important to maintain that environment.

Roommates are fun and always down to hang out, we typically love to go to the bar (lenys) but we will do out to lunch or dinner whenever invited or suggested, all roommates have their own interests and as I said theyre a very diverse group
