Lease terms

Tenant shall pay for all gas, heat, light, power, telephone and other services supplied to the Premises, including any hook-up or installation charges. $1,800 deposit required, $500 more if certified service animal present, of which $1,000 is refundable depending on condo condition on lease termination. If denied based on a consumer report, you have the right to obtain a free copy from Experian Consumer Services, P.O. Box 2104, Allen, TX 75013 within 60 days and to dispute inaccuracies directly with them. Portable Screening Reports: This housing provider DOES accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports as defined in RCW 59.18.257, provided that they are complete and updated.
