Comfy, quiet duplex in the heart of South St.… Louis, very close to major hospitals and universities. The house is furnished with a comfy couch, a newer queen-size bed, and everything you need to cook and live your daily life. You have your own laundry in the basement. If you need to rest during daylight hours, just pull the room-darkening curtains closed.
The duplex has a fully-furnished kitchen with everything you need, plus fast wifi and a smart TV so you can catch all your favorite streaming services. If you need a place to work, there is a comfy chair and desk.
In your free time, you can go for long strolls in Tower Grove Park nearby - come on Saturday mornings for the Farmer's Market and free yoga classes! You'll be right next door to The Hill, our Italian neighborhood, where you can enjoy fine Italian dining, and in the other direction, you'll find the South Grand neighborhood, home to some of the best ethnic eateries in the city.
Grocery shopping is close by at the Schnuck's on Arsenal Street, and you can walk to the pancake house for weekend breakfasts.
Our house is very pet-friendly, with a fenced backyard (your duplex neighbor and neighbors on the other side all have dogs and are dog lovers!). We've provided a bed and some food bowls for your furfriend. If you walk straight up the street, you'll find two small parks that are great for dog-walking.
