Term length negotiable. Owner pays for all utilities. Owner will keep City of Wakefield water, sewer and trash in his name and ask for reimbursement. Pet deposit and possible small monthly depending on type of animal/per. Owner would like to use one or two bedrooms for up to 10 days during 4th of July if possible to visit - willing to pay for 3 months of the Wakefield water, sewer and trash if allow two bedrooms for us during 4th of July or other time. This is all negotiable. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance. If tenant is unable will to help coordinate and add to rent rate.
