Hello! This lovely home is brand spankin' new. You'll be the second occupants; the current tenants were fantastic and are leaving to relocate for work. The home is a separate unit built in a primary home's backyard. They are completely separated by a wall and fence to preserve privacy for both units. All utilities are included except electricity, which is paid by the tenant. The unit has all brand new appliances, including a state of the art washer/dryer combo. The unit includes one dedicated space in the driveway, and then there's plenty of street parking. The ideal candidate is one or two folks who value a strong community of respect. I get along phenomenally with my neighbors and it's very important to me that those relationships are preserved.
