Lease Terms 5011 Sandstone Way, San Antonio, TX 78222 Lease Term Minimum 12-month lease preferred. Longer lease terms may be considered. Monthly Rent Rent due on the 1st of each month. Security Deposit One month's rent (subject to applicant qualifications). Application Requirements Application required for all occupants 18 years and older. Credit, criminal background, rental history, employment, and income verification required. Income should generally be at least three times the monthly rent. Utilities Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, gas (if applicable), cable, internet, and any other desired services. Lawn Care Tenant is responsible for all lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, watering (subject to local restrictions), weed control, and maintaining the landscaping throughout the lease term. Pets Pets are welcome with owner approval. Pet deposit and/or non-refundable pet fee may apply. Breed and size restrictions may apply. Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the home. Maintenance Tenant is responsible for replacing HVAC filters regularly, maintaining cleanliness, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance caused by negligence or misuse. Occupancy Occupancy limited in accordance with local and state housing guidelines. Parking Parking permitted in thedriveway. commercial vehicles, RVs, or boats Permitted Renters Insurance Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must remain in effect throughout the lease term. Move-In First month's rent, security deposit, and any applicable pet fees are due before possession.
