501 W 3rd #5 is a second floor 3 bedroom apartment. First when you enter the front door you enter into the kitchen, next is a central living room which leads to the three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on either side of the bathroom and both have doors to access the bathroom. The third bedroom is very small, but would work great for a young child's bedroom. Landlord pays all utilities. Tenant is responsible for the internet. Pet Deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
