Lease terms

Furnished monthly lease available September 2026 to April 2027 (30-day minimum); price by month below. Rent includes electricity, water/sewer, trash service, cable/internet, and HOA fees. Lease includes two assigned parking spaces, all furnishings, and linens. September: $2,200 October: $1,900 November: $1,600 December: $1,500 January: $1,500 February: $1,600 March: $1,800 April: $2,200 A $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to move-in and will be returned within the timeframe required by law, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear. A $150 non-refundable move-out cleaning fee is required. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the unit throughout the lease term and for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Excessive cleaning, missing items, or damage may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit. No smoking is permitted inside or outside the unit. No pets are allowed per HOA regulations. All HOA rules and regulations (posted inside the unit) must be followed; tenant is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to noncompliance. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Occupancy is limited to 6 6 guests permitted by HOA rules. Subleasing, short-term stays, or hosting events are not permitted. Early termination is subject to owner approval and may result in forfeiture of rent and/or deposit. Deposit and first month rent due in full prior to occupancy. Rent is due by 1st of the month, else incur late fee of $50 if not received by 5th day of the month.
