Lease terms

Lease is for one year Need : Proof of Income Photo IDs Payment History from Current Utilities Proof of Vehicle Insurance Renters Insurance Background and credit Check No Smoking or vaping inside (no throwing cigarette butts in parking area or grass) Utilities are tenants responsible- gas (central heating), electric and cable (internet) & water One vehicle (no inoperable vehicle allowed on property) No oil changing or working on engine (vehicle) on property No running at business on property (and in unit) Visitors must park down below main parking No visitors overnight (Must let Landlord know) No loud parties or drugs Tenant is responsible for any damages done by guest Tenant is responsible for maintaining clear outside unit (no trash, items, etc) Tenant is to help in fall of the year of keeping leaves picked up around steps and sides of building. Carpet must be cleaned at least once a year and when leaving. 30 day prior written notice (from time rent is due) Tenant responsible for maintaining CO 2 detector in unit. Deposit required for garbage/water/sewer (last month & connect)
