One bedroom with private bath and shower, small kitchenette with small fridge, toaster oven, dishes, etc. washer /dryer, in-unit heating system, TV, Internet. Small storage area. Completely Carpeted (professionally cleaned). If you are really into cooking, this place will probably not meet your needs. Entrance is similar to split-level home: as you enter there is a landing with stairs going downstairs and upstairs, reasonably separate. One person only, no overnight guests, no pets, no smokers or perfume. References required, eg: employers, previous landlords, etc. I Live up stairs, with my cat, and am extremely quiet and would appreciate a renter who is relatively quiet & respectful.
