For the privacy and comfort of all residents, no guest visits are allowed inside the home. Residents may meet guests in the community clubhouse or outside the property. Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the home. Pets: No pets. House Rules: Clean, respectful, and quiet living environment. No parties. Shared Areas: To maintain a comfortable home, the kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom, and common areas are professionally cleaned once per week. Cleaning Rotation: We follow a fair rotation system to help keep shared spaces tidy. If there are two residents, the rotation occurs every other week; if there are three residents, the rotation occurs every three weeks. Private Bedroom: Tenants are responsible for keeping their own room tidy and maintaining good personal hygiene standards.
