Owner takes care of grass, leaves and snow, except you shovel your front steps and walk. Includes a 1 car garage with opener and remote. Use of the shared, fenced back yard. Has Central AC, washer and dryer in the basement, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and micro above stove. Thermopane windows, well insulated attic space. Stucco exterior. Definitely not an old drafty barn. Steel doors that are weatherstriped, carpeted living room, oak hardwood floors in bedrooms and hallway, linoleum kitchen, carpeted family room in basement, off street parking. Gas bill with 70 degree setting costs about $140 a month in winter, electric costs about $60 a month. AC adds $100 more or so a month in summer unless you run it at 70 degrees? Water bills are about $100 a month normally. Rental license says normal occupancy is a couple with 1 older child or two small children. Family room is not to be used as a spare bedroom!
