Lease Terms Available for furnished mid-term rental. Longer stays are preferred, with 3 to 6 month stays ideal. Shorter stays may be considered at a higher monthly rate. Rent includes all standard utilities and household services, including electric, gas, water, trash, sewer, high-speed internet, weekly cleaning service, pool service, landscaping, and solar pool heating. Utilities and services are included for normal residential use. Excessive utility usage may be billed separately. All adult occupants must complete an application and screening process. Approval is subject to satisfactory credit history, verifiable income or assets, rental history, identity verification, and background screening. Preferred minimum credit score is 700, though applicants with strong income, assets, or other supporting documentation may still be considered. No smoking. No parties or events. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the home in good condition during the stay. Security deposit required. Pets may be considered with prior approval.
