Room for Rent Available August 1st 4-bedroom home in Boise. Looking for a quiet, respectful roommate to join our household. About Us: We're a couple who both work full-time Monday Friday. We keep a low-key weeknight routine and are usually in bed by 10pm. We enjoy gaming and watching TV, so it's a relaxed, homebody household most of the week. We have friends over occasionally on weekends, and we go out once in a while, but we're not big partiers. Household: We have 2 dogs who are part of the family. Due to space and our pets, we're not able to accommodate additional pets at this time. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the room or house. We're looking for someone who: Works a stable daytime schedule (M F) Is clean and respectful of shared spaces Is comfortable living with dogs Does not have pets of their own Does not smoke or vape indoors Will feel at home in a left-leaning household Move-in Date: August 1st Lease Term: [month-to-month or 12-month] Rent: $900/month Please reach out with a bit about yourself and your schedule!

We're Nikki and Evan, looking for a roommate to join our 4 bed/2 bath home.… We're both working professionals (barber + social worker) and would love another professional to join the house. $900/month flat no extra fees! Private room, bigger than average, with a great closet, fully furnished (can unfurnish if you prefer your own stuff) Shared main bath (our shower is too small we use the main bath) Nice backyard, great for everyday use We have two male dogs, Ghost and Dakine we'd love a roommate with a female dog (or no dog!) as long as everyone gets along. We're mostly homebodies who love our pups, though we go out sometimes too. Saturdays are usually UFC + friends over, casual vibes join in or do your own thing! House stays lived-in during the week, but I do a full deep clean every weekend.
