This cabin offers 5 bedrooms: one king bedroom on the basement level, two bedrooms on the main level (one full bedroom and one king master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom), and two bedrooms on the 3rd level (one queen bedroom and one bedroom with a full-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle). For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the basement and a queen air mattress on the main level. The cabin features 4 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. It also boasts 2 kitchens, with the basement kitchen lacking a stove and dishwasher.
A pontoon boat is available for rent from Memorial Day to September 30th with weekly rates of $1200, and free kayaks are available from May 15th to November 1st. Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Guests can also enjoy the sand volleyball court and horseshoe yard game.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside, but is permitted outside. Events are not allowed. Guests must not drive more than 5mph down the road. No pets are allowed without prior authorization. No loud music or parties. Do not disturb the neighbors. Do not tamper with or disable the security camera or smart home devices. Keep the number of guests in your reservation accurate and do not violate the occupancy limits. Kayak use requires signing a waiver. Please follow check-in/check-out times and procedures. Please do not rearrange furniture. Excessive trash left will result in a $100 fine. Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
