This cabin offers 5 bedrooms: a king bedroom on the basement level, two bedrooms on the main level (requiring stairs to access) including a full bedroom and a king master bedroom with an attached bathroom, and two bedrooms on the 3rd level including a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a full-size bed and a twin-over-full bunkbed with a twin trundle. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sofa sleeper in the basement and a queen air mattress. The cabin features 4 full bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. It also boasts two kitchens; the basement kitchen is not equipped with a stove or dishwasher.
A pontoon boat is available for rent from Memorial Day to September 30, and free kayaks and a sand volleyball court are available from May 15 to November 1. Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month, and must be potty-trained dogs. Guests can also rent a pontoon boat for weekly rates of $1200.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside, but is permitted outside. Events are not allowed. Guests must not drive more than 5 mph down the road. Kayak use requires signing a waiver. Please follow check-in and check-out times and procedures. Please do not rearrange furniture. Excessive trash left will result in a $100 fine. Violating pet rules may result in eviction without a refund. Tampering with or disabling the security camera or smart home devices is prohibited. Guests must keep the number of guests in their reservation accurate and not violate occupancy limits.
