We are renting our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom fully furnished home.… One bedroom is a king, the other room has a full sized futon with a desk and monitor set up. The bathroom is right across from the king bedroom. The living room has a smart TV with streaming apps. Newly remodeled (July 2025) shower/bath tub. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, instant pot, etc. The front patio has a propane fire pit, table and chairs, and a grill to enjoy. The entire yard is fenced. Plenty of parking. The home has two units that are locked off and separate. This unit has the private main entrance and whole main floor. Please no parties and respect quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. We can discuss pets, there is a dog door and a great yard. There is also an attached three car garage that you have access to. You're only 4 blocks from Harrison Street, Leadville's Main Street, but the neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful and safe. 25 minute drive to Copper mountain, 15 minute drive to Ski Cooper. The Mineral Belt cross country ski/bike trail is right behind the house. The house is available starting September 1. $2600/month for at least 3 months (open to flexible lease terms), all utilities and 2.4/5Ghz mesh 400 Mbps WiFi included and fully furnished. There is a clause in the lease to allow for flexibility if you are looking for a shorter term lease.
