Lease terms

Tenant pays utilities (to Landlord), for everything like WSG, electricity, heat, hot water and the laundry facilities - you add $160 per month for $1385 total. This is a non smoking building. SMALL pets on a case by case basis (add $20 p/m), there is a $350 partially refundable pet deposit/fee. We do accept reusable tenant screening reports, we will conduct a background and credit worthiness check, looking at criminal, civil, rental, consumer and employment histories. The following criteria may result in your application being denied: past eviction, past criminal conviction, poor history of debt payments, poor or incomplete rental history, poor work history, income less than 3 times the monthly rent. Rent rate is based on up to 2 occupants, no pets. Small pets on a case by case basis (add $20 per mo).
