Tenant responsible for taking trash toters to street for weekly service in rotation with other mansion residents (every 7 months for entire month - landlord sends reminder). Dogs must be walked in public areas or back yard - front yard off limits to pets.

The unit includes two of the original mansion double parlors, with ornate plaster crown molding, historic embossed wainscoting, and artful coal… burning fireplace surrounds and mantles. (Fireplaces are not functional) The mansion was built by J.D. Hearne, first president of the Third National Bank in Cincinnati, which later merged to become Fifth Third Bank. Mr. Hearne and Amos Shinkle financed construction of our famed Roebling Suspension Bridge.
The mansion is located in what many consider to be Covington's most desirable historic neighborhood. Leave the car behind and walk to nearby restaurants and bars, or walk across the suspension bridge for a Reds game. Enjoy Ohio River views at George Rogers Clark Park, just 4 blocks north. The 500 block of Garrard Street is normally quiet, save for occasional daytime construction noise at the 4th Street bridge project.
