Minimum 1 yr lease. No smoking in house or on the deck out of respect for the owner and neighbors. We love our furry friends but no pets allowed. Parking for up to two cars in garage and additional parking pad outside of garage. Additional on-street parking is available. Renter is responsible for any damage not noted at time of lease agreement and is responsible for Electric, Gas, Internet, Water, Sewer, and Garbage in addition to monthly rent. Deposit is one month's rent due upon move-in and returned at end of lease pending any damages requiring repair and / or excess cleaning. Renter is responsible for any damage to the home and must communicate any home issues to owner when they occur. Please reach out with any questions!
