This is an Airbnb unit in the summer. The rental is from October 1, 2026 to May 30, 2026. This offseason guest suite is located on the ground floor of my private home. It has a brand new kitchenette with brand new stainless steel appliances (microwave and electric stove and custom cherry cabinets with a white quartz counter. Fully furnished and appointed in the kitchen. A separate private entrance and off-road asphalt parking. Central heat and air conditioning with a mini split. Flat screened TV, Bose Wave radio. The Utilities are $300/month (heat, water, septic, electric and local channels on the TV with an antenna on the roof. Large closet area/office room with desk, bureau and hanging rack. Beautiful walk in shower with soapstone sink and shower area, fully tiled. Comfy queen size bed with 2 bureaus, a desk and clothes hanging rack. Reverse osmosis drinking water available at the kitchenette sink. Laundry facilities nearby. Large garden area for lounging. No animals or smoking allowed.
