Both the air and heat were just serviced and cleaned. In the full size bathroom there is a spacious classic tiled shower with a white pedestal sink and full length wall mirror in the bathroom.
In the main room, there is an alcove for a work study area with some built in shelving and cabinetry. The guest house is furnished with a dresser, an armoire, a king sized bed, a large heavy glass table for a dining table or as an office table for your work, 4 black leather chairs and area rugs, pots & pans, dishes & glassware. There are crisp white wood plantation shutters, as well as a sky light. There is a side patio with table and chairs. The guest house is freshly painted and cleaned.
