**Absolutely no smoking in the home or anywhere on the property LEASING FEES: Monthly Rent: $4,000 Refundable Security Deposit: $1,500 Non-refundable Cleaning fee: $550 PET POLICY: Owner will consider one small dog: $500 refundable pet deposit $250 non-refundable pet fee AMENITIES INCLUDED IN LEASE: Weekly Trash Pickup Landscaping UTILITIES: Landlord is responsible for all utilities "within reason". Utilities include: electricity, natural gas, sewer, water, internet, and trash. APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must: Supply current verifiable income Complete an application if over the age of 18 Qualify on their own - co-signers will not be considered NOTES/DISCLAIMERS: Property is furnished Thirty day minimum rental Property is on septic Property maintains a fenced pool/spa. Pool is NOT heated. Additional charges will apply for heating of pool. A security deposit of $1,500 is required for rentals up to and including 90 days. For rentals exceeding 90 days, a security deposit equal to one (1) month's rent will be required. Call us for availability! No Airbnb, subleasing, subletting, third-party occupancy arrangements, or lease assignments will be considered under any circumstances. Established corporate leases for employee or executive housing, entered into directly with a legitimate business entity, with personal guarantee from a company officer, may be considered subject to qualification and landlord approval.
