The vibrant downtown area, with its restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, is just a short walk away.
No pets are allowed. The primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations and additional charges for repair or cleaning costs. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. The storage closet must be kept closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Do not rearrange furniture. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, with violations resulting in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person and requires approval prior to booking. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
