The apartment is on one of the best streets in East Rock, quiet, safe and tree-lined, yet close to all the shops, restaurants and cafes East Rock offers. Also close to East Rock Park and multiple Yale Shuttle stops.
The house is (Yale faculty) owner-occupied and very clean. We are looking for very clean, quiet tenants. 3BR, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 full bathroom with clawfoot tub. Great set-up for a family, or for 3 roommates. If you rent furnished, the apartment is fully furnished with new, clean, stylish furniture (mostly from IKEA and Pottery Barn), including curtains, rugs, bed linens and towels, so you only need to bring your suitcase.
You'll have exclusive use of the fully fenced-in backyard with outdoor table and chairs. Maintained by us, but you're most welcome to garden if that's your thing.
On-street parking, Linden street is a very quiet street so finding a spot is never an issue.
Note to international students (we've been there ourselves): if this is helpful, utilities can stay in our name initially if you have trouble opening utilities accounts without a US credit history.
