This apartment features 2 private entrances and is situated on a beautiful street. This apartment boasts new wide-plank driftwood hardwood floors, a new kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and gas cooking. The spa-like bathroom features a glass door, accent tiles, and a hand shower. Exposed white-painted brick adds character. The bedrooms include one queen bed and one twin bed, with a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. A Nest thermostat controls the apartment's temperature. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and a table with seating. A brand-new washer/dryer is provided for your exclusive use. An air mattress and a crib are available upon request. Pet trays and bowls, a stroller, Rock and Play Sleeper, toys, a bicycle, and a tricycle can be provided upon request. Easy 24-hour access is provided via a smart lock with a unique entry code. A supplemental pet cleaning fee of $25 applies. Located on a beautiful street in Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood, this apartment is close to the Franklin Park Zoo, Arnold Arboretum, Jamaica Pond, and great shops and restaurants. It offers easy street parking with convenient access to the Longwood Medical area and the rest of Boston. The Green Street Orange Line subway, Doyles bar, Ula Cafe, and Sam Adams brewery are a short walk away, as are the Turtle Swamp Brewery and The Gate Bar and Restaurant. Another Orange Line stop, Stony Brook, is also less than a ten-minute walk. Forest Hills Station, the end of the Orange Line, is about a 12-minute walk and connects to commuter rail trains and numerous bus lines. Sound from upstairs neighbors' children can be substantial at times. Any guest entering the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, which will result in immediate booking cancellation, summoning of security, and potential police involvement. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints requiring intervention. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. Late check-out may be subject to a $50 late-check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. Dishes should be cleaned and left to dry or in the dishwasher. All trash is to be collected and bagged and left in the kitchen or in the bins by the side of the house in the driveway. An additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged for excessive mess or trash. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit, building, or right in front of the building and will be subject to a substantial fine if evidence of indoor smoking is found. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper). Clogs requiring a plumber are at the guest's cost. Shoes are not to be worn in the apartment. Includes a Nest thermostat to control your apartment's temperature.
