Flexible leasing terms. We are looking to rent the house for a maximum of 10 months, but can do a minimum of 6 months and month to month there after. We will be selling the house next summer. House will come furnished. We do have a very large unfinished basement (about 2000 square feet) that can be utilized for storage. No smoking! Please minimum credit of 670, and monthly income must be at least 2.25x rent.
