The social dining area features a large granite island and a main dining table seating 10, with an adjacent kitchen bar seating 4. The lodge boasts an indoor gas fireplace, a hot tub, and entertainment options including an air hockey table, a Nintendo Switch 2 with games, a poker table, darts, vintage board games, and a 77" OLED TV with surround sound. For relaxation, there's a dedicated office space with a sit/stand desk, a 32" smart monitor, and a smart speaker.
A Tesla EV charger is available in the heated garage, which can accommodate one car, and there is space for up to 6 cars in the driveway. It offers ski-in/ski-out access directly to Fox Run Trail and the Timbertown Quad. The community is ideally positioned between Crooked Mountain Road and Fox Run Trail, providing easy access to Loon Mountain's terrain. Future plans for South Peak Village include shops, restaurants, and a spa within walking or skiing distance. The charming town of Woodstock, with its shops, cafes, breweries, and dining options, is just minutes away. Additional attractions like Clark's Trading Post, Seven Birches Winery, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and Alpine Adventures are also nearby.
There is ongoing construction on some surrounding streets, but it does not impact the property and guests should not experience any construction-related noise. This is a strictly smoke-free chalet, and any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee of up to $2,000. This is a pet-free property, and no pets or animals are permitted on the premises; unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to reservation termination without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited, and policy enforcement may result in immediate eviction without refund. On-site parking is provided. 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during winter months. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points.
