Perfect for the individual who is trying to save money. This is a 5 person rental for individual adults. The tenants share the kitchen and bathrooms but have their own bedrooms with locked doors. Perfect for the individual trying to get back on their feet and/or just starting out. Rent includes all utilities other than wifi/cable. We pay for water/sewage, gas and electric. This property is right on the busline and within walking distance from many stores and food places.
