Tenant's Responsibility: The Tenant shall be solely responsible for the cost, delivery, and maintenance of the Propane gas supply required to operate the kitchen oven. 4. PET POLICY Strictly no pets of any kind are allowed on or about the premises without the prior written consent of the Owner. 5. SMOKING POLICY This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any substance including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, and electronic cigarettes (vaping) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the rental unit or on the immediate premises.
