APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants must complete a rental application and authorize applicable screening through Zillow. Zillow may charge an application fee directly to applicants; any such fee is set and collected by Zillow, not the property owner. No separate application or holding fee will be charged by the owner. Applicants must demonstrate household income of at least 2.75x the monthly rent, have a minimum 650 credit score, and meet standard screening criteria including income verification, rental history, and satisfactory credit and background review. All applicants will be screened consistently in accordance with applicable Massachusetts law and Fair Housing requirements.
