In the summer, the house is a weekly rental. Ride the water taxi to the shops and bay view restaurants such as Crow's Nest across the harbor. Features include hot tub on harbor view deck. The property is next to the yacht club which has events some of the weeknight and weekends. The back deck is reserved for the main house guests which is a managed beach rental home .
