Unique chapel converted into a 650 sqft studio apartment with mountain views.… The house is in a nice quiet forest located only 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. The unit has tile floors, tile counter tops, tile in the bathroom, a wood stove, a counter top oven, a two burner stove, and a mid-size refrigerator. It has double pane windows that look towards the mountains, casement windows for summer breezes, an electric water heater, and a highly efficient brand new MrCool ductless heat pump for heat and air conditioning. The unit has a stackable washer and dryer in the closet behind the wood stove. The tenant is responsible for internet, electricity, and trash/recycling. There is a basement below the unit with ample shelving and storage room for kayaks, mountain bikes, tools, camping gear, etc. The main home is on a separate driveway about 75 yards away. I am a good and reasonable landlord that likes to take excellent care of his property and looks for the same in a tenant. There are hiking trails throughout the property with multiple gorgeous views of the Appalachian Mountains, as shown in the photos. The views are so beautiful in winter, spring, summer, and autumn.
