This is the best area of Carmel Valley you could ask for in terms of proximity to everything (stores, shops, movie theater). Right by the 5 and 56.… 10 min to UCSD, 5 min to Qualcomm I'm Sorrento valley and 10 min to the Del Mar racetracks.

Chandelier room with shared bathroom that has been full remodeled. Large room facing the front of the home with lots of sunlight and a dedicated work station area to put your desk while looking out the window. Room comes furnished with Queen bed frame and high end $2000 mattress. Nightstand and lamp. Available August 1, $2100 per month.
Master bedroom upstairs
- This beautiful room is upstairs in your own section of the house with brand new gorgeous remodeled private bathroom and a huge walk in custom built in closet. 2 Large windows for bright natural light. Comes fully furnished with a queen bed, brand new memory foam mattress, desk, office chair, small cabinet storage, TV and nightstand w/ lamps.
- convenient street parking right outside the front door! There is the option to rent garage with storage space for an additional $100 per month.
- $2450/month for 1 year lease agreement+. Anything less will be priced at a higher short term rental rate.
6+ months - $2550
3+ months- $2750
Month to month- $2850
NO PETS allowed as I have 1 elderly dog well behaved and very quiet dog that does not bark but likes to be the only one.
