This is for temporary stays. The length is negotiable but usually between 2 and 12 months. Rent comes with electrical, propane and water included. Fully furnished guest house/cabin with incredible views overlooking a 150 acres property. Wildlife is abundant with deer, snakes, raccoons, bald eagles, hawks, owls and more. This a shared driveway with the landlord with free range chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, resident goats and a pig. The pastures house horses in the fall. There is a year round fire ban. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside or out and no campfires. Greycliff campground is located approx 7 miles away and has campfire spots. Earth friendly (and septic friendly) toilet paper, dish soap and laundry detergent comes with the rent.
