This is the first time the house is offered with the inclusion of the garage and this is reflected in the current rent price. Previously the house was rented without the use of the garage and it's associated outdoor space.

- CON: The tenant is responsible for loving, caring for and maintaining the outdoor space and plants, this may cost ~$140 per month, or a green thumb enthusiast.
- PRO: Plenty of off street parking, behind house, in the front yard patio, 2 cars can park in front of the garage (or in the garage), plus there is easy street parking.
- CON: There is not central AC.
- PRO: There are AC units installed in the living room, 1 bedroom and in the garage.
- PRO: Clothes washer and dryer hookups are there, plus existing machines for use.
- CON: Machine maintenance and repairs are not covered in lease, owner willing to remove so tenant may bring their own machines, same goes for fridge.
