Two blocks to the 405 and 105 freeways, we are a 5 mile drive to Manhattan Beach and El Segundo, and 15 miles to Hollywood. This neighborhood only 4 miles from LAX airport and the beach cities, including Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, and Redondo Beach. The monthly rent is $2400. If you'd like to place a hold on my apartment for a certain date, it is $150. Rental deposit is $2400.00 Pet Deposit: $250.00 (non-refundable) This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living room with TV. The kitchen has a stove, oven, and refrigerator. 1 dedicated parking spot for you. The apartment is 750 square feet. The two bedrooms are 12x13ft. Each room has one room for a queen or king size bed with dressers. There is a double door closet. Our bathroom is 8x8 ft and has all the necessities; bathtub, shower,1 sink, and toilet. For your safety, we have video surveillance outside at our front door facing the outside hallway to ensure you are safe during your stay. (None inside) This is a second floor upstairs unit with 17 steps. There is no elevator on site. There is mini-split air conditioning in my place that will cover most of the unit. This is a "blue collar", working class neighborhood. We respect our neighbors as there are many nearby, and you should too. There is the hustle and bustle of daily Los Angeles life, so please keep this in mind. If you are expecting an upscale neighborhood such as Beverly Hills or Manhattan Beach with an ocean view, this place is NOT for you! Our apartment is simple yet cost effective. What a great deal!
