Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors due to fire risk. Please be advised that the property utilizes hauled water, and guests are kindly requested to conserve water during their stay. The indoor fireplace is currently under renovation and not available for use. In winter, do not unplug the hot tub; a fine equivalent to the cost of a new hot tub will apply if the water freezes. Guests may need a 4x4 vehicle in winter due to potential snow on roads and the driveway.
