Our ideal roommate is: - A motivated professional of any age (please No Overnight Shift) - High Communication Skills and a love of other people are a must - both extroverts and introverts are welcome, as long as you have a positive attitude and value building a community together! - Very Clean and Organized :) we split monthly chores and all chip in to keep the living space happy and healthy. - Fitness / Health oriented is a plus - we're big on the gym and growth mindset/self improvement! - Okay with keeping a quieter home environment after 10pm (headphones, etc.) - Has a minimum monthly income greater than 3x the rent obligation (a monthly income of ~$3,000 or more). - While the formal lease terms will stay month-to-month and flexible unless otherwise requested, we'd like someone planning on staying at least a year! - We've got a 3 Part Roommate Interview Process that takes less than a week, and is 1.
