Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or excessive toilet paper; a $400 fee will be charged if a plumber is required due to misuse. No confetti, glitter, or burning candles inside the home. Please do not set the thermostat below 69F, as this can cause the system to freeze and stop working. Due to Houston's climate, occasional bugs may appear despite regular monthly pest control. The gate opener must be left on the kitchen counter before checkout; a $100 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned. Exterior cameras with audio and video recording are installed outside; there are no cameras inside the home. By booking, you agree to follow these rules.
