Annual Lease Tenant will be responsible for paying their utility bills. (Eletric and water from GUC) Landlord will provide Lawn/yard maintenance unless tenant wants to save the cost and do their own. The lawn will need to be cut every 10 days during mowing season. Ideally no pets are allowed but we are negotiable on that matter depending on the pet. Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the home. Landlord reserves the right to do monthly walk through at agreed scheduled time between tenant and landlord. Parking will be in the front yard. No parking allowed in the back yard due to septic system.
